MMR Vaccine Injury
Over the years the Measles Mumps and Rubella Vaccine (“MMR”) has been linked to a number of adverse reactions including neurologic disorders, seizure disorders, learning disabilities, encephalitis, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (demyelination of the nerve sheaths), Guillain-Barré syndrome (paralysis), muscle incoordination, autism, deafness, optic neuritis (including partial or total blindness), fever, headache, joint pain, arthritis (acute and chronic), transverse myelitis, thrombocytopenia (blood clotting disorders and spontaneous bleeding), anaphylaxis (severe allergic reactions), inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, meningitis, diabetes, immune system disorders, and death.
Concern over the safety of the MMR vaccine recently reached a fever pitch across the Atlantic in Great Britain. Expressions of concern for the safety of the vaccine, public reaction, and the British government’s response to the public reaction have been front page news there. The British government’s immediate response to possibility of a relationship between the MMR vaccine and wide-spread serious injuries was to launch a barrage of dubious reports and studies disavowing the possibility.
Our public health system appears to have followed suit, using the same type of tactics to deny the possibility of a relationship. However, actual valid research on this topic has begun to emerge. It now appears clear that vaccines administered in the United States in the past decade contained large quantities of known neurtoxins. It is imperative that real research be completed on the safety of the MMR and other vaccines immediately as our children continue to be immunized with these vaccines.
The trial lawyers of the Maglio Christopher & Toale Law Firm represent individuals who suffer adverse reactions to vaccinations, including those caused by the MMR vaccine. If you believe that you or your child was injured as the result of the MMR vaccine, don't delay. You have a very limited amount of time in which to file a claim otherwise the claim may be forever barred. Phone us at 877-952-5242 or e-mail us.
