68.092 Deposit of recovered moneys.--

All moneys recovered by the Comptroller, as head of the Department of Banking and Finance, under s. 68.086(1) in any civil action for violation of the Florida False Claims Act shall be deposited in the Administrative Trust Fund of the Department of Banking and Finance.
