Altom M. Maglio heads the Firm's nationwide medical litigation practice. The practice section focuses on representing individuals and families harmed by defective medical devices, suffering adverse reactions to vaccinations, suffering from nursing home abuse and neglect, and related litigation. Mr. Maglio is currently representing groups of patients suffering from defective hip and knee joint replacements, patients suffering adverse reactions to the flu vaccine, and residents suffering abuse and neglect at national nursing home chains.
